See, I've never understood why people take so long using the restroom. I rarely have issues and I never have to "try" and sit for 10 minutes. I get the urge and that's that

If you have to sit and wait it means you are constipated. Try changing your diet, eating more fiber enriched foods, and your bowl movements will be much better

Sitting on the toilet is an experience for me. It usually lasts 10 minutes or more.
