You cannot re-sell or pawn off the item. At best, you can give it away.
The trips are also "all expenses paid."

the vacation 3 days- eh no biggie
curvy girl, no i like guys
the groceries would be the best bet
Yah it happens all the time investors buy it then they can evict you. In California theirs a loop hole you can start a payment plan & get yourself off the auction list. Then stop paying again for another 5 years lol that is messed up. jow they're doing y'all where y'all at. I think that's why a lot of old Real Estate Investors buy up tons of houses in South Carolina & a few other south areas.
Free groceries!!! 😍 Free food for two whole years? Can't beat that lol. And then you could save money to buy that new home you want or new car.
I would do the groceries for sure. I don't want nor need a mansion. I prefer something way simpler.
Got it, but still. Property taxes and mortgage would be a bitch on a house with that value.
A 3bd/2ba house. That's all I want.

Always real estate and the house
I want the house... is what I have in mind. But on the other hand, I'd take the car if I had a second option. Million dollar home... but that only means a million dollars about to fly outta my wallet to maintain it
Groceries would be nice! Think everything else would be heavily taxed and we don’t want to live near a big city.
I suppose you could take the house, pay the taxes on it and pay the capital gains after selling it. Might be a option.
Just read the other contents of your question. I’ll stick with the groceries.
I would take the car or groceries. As for the million dollar house in a big city. I couldn't afford the taxes on it & for sure don't want to live in a big city.
A brand new million dollar home in the nearest big city to you.
What a letdown with the no alcohol, but groceries. I would like the free groceries.
Million dollar home. In NYC a million doesn't get you as much as it would in other states/cities. But it would be an improvement over my condo. Although, I could use it as extra income 🤔
I go for the house. However a million dollars only gets you a modest home around here.
I'd take the home, sell it, and use the proceeds for a whole gamut of different things.
@mcheetah I have a very creative accountant. The house would be given away to my shill overseas charity company, who would sell it and pay me a "finders fee", tax free of course. I would net about $500K.
... and with the proceeds, I'd buy the date with the cute girl of my choice, probably a very enjoyable weekend.
The house seems the most logical choice. I wouldn't live there, just rent it out.
Hmm the Big houses the closet Big Cities to me at equal distance is LA and San Diego lol
New as something that hasn’t been used and is fresh out the factory or a NEW product that’s never been sold anywhere before?
I guess a house, but I’d prefer one a wee smaller, only one ground sector
The House. Even though I already I own one, I could flip the new one and invest in another multi-unit rental building.
A house, although where I live a million-dollar house is not a huge luxury.
Free groceries for 2 years!!! 🔥
