What are the reasons guys get attractive as they age?

I have seen as guys get older they look more handsome and girls pay more attention to them.

wellll actually its the other way around.
Men have more value as they get older, women lose more value when they get older. and here is what I mean by that. Men as they get older they have more resources, money and can be better protectors. Women lose value because their beauty fades, and their ability to reproduce reduces as they get older. it's not fair but it is reality.
