When I was in fourth grade I used to have three brothers that would bully me I would have to run from them everyday and one day I went home I told my dad about it and I said teach me how to fight and he told me what to do if it ever happened again well the next day these three brothers we're chasing me and I was way faster but I ended up stopping just about two brothers grab my arms the other brother said Ben him over I'm going to kick him in his ass and I kind of bent over and the moment he was starting to kick I stood straight up and move my hips forward and he kicked so hard his foot came off the ground and he landed on his ass his brothers started laughing at him and he was so mad he got up and he was going to hit me and I hit him straight in the mouth as hard as I could and he fell backwards and started crying and his two brothers just looked at me and I've started to swing at one of them but they both took off running and they never bothered me again when I was in high school there was a kid on my bus that lived by me he was slower kind of person he used to get bullied a lot and one day I walked by him as he was getting bullied and as I walked by I didn't do anything I got about 15 Steps past him and I had to stop and turn back around I grabbed the guy that was bullying him put him up against the wall and I told him if he ever touched my friend again I would kick his ass needless to say he never got picked up again but that bully started picking on my friends friends because they were all in the same boat kind of slower so I had to stop them from beating up his friends too needless to say they all hung around or tried to hang around with me it was kind of funny I don't like bullies to this day I've been in many fights because of men being up on women I've had my ass kicked a few times but I would do it again

Yep, extensively.

I was small, skinny and nerdy. Even my "Friends" used to bully me.

Now, I have 25+ years of martial arts and security. I recently ran into one of my bullies, and for a split second, felt that fear in the pit of my stomach, then I realised "I could tie this guy in knots without working up a sweat" and then also "aaaand he's not even worth it".

I was bullied at age 6 and from ages 9-20, 22, and 26 - 37.

Viciously in grade school and some in middle school. To a lesser extent in HS. I took up sports and started fighting back.
