I live 6,651 miles away from my parents.
A year and a half ago it was a little over 4,000 miles.
Ironically my goal has always been to be close to my parents, lol.. But it's been the opposite. I'll be back in the states next year. I want them to move to a different state where i can settle down, but the places I want they don't have property at so they're reluctant. My sisters are super close to them, but i personally think I'm better when it comes to taking care of them especially since i don't have kids.

4 min? lololol. Yeah that could definitely cause some trouble.
I haven't lived with parents since I was about 20. It was one of the best decisions I ever made, moving out. Financially tough, but psychologically greatly beneficial.
I was 1300 miles away for many years. (That was both good and bad.) Then 4 1/2 hrs, and required a boat to get there. That sucked. Made the trip such an ordeal, and definitely prevented me from seeing more often.
I moved out when I was 20. For several years, I lived in the same town as my parents, about 30 minutes away. Then I moved farther away, about 6 hours by car, for a couple years, before moving back to my hometown, where again I was about 30 minutes away,
I don't know where they live or my siblings and they don't know where Life either and it's just better this way.

Moved out at 19 and that was about 20hrs from them. Now currently living 10hrs away from them. Still rarely visit them since I'm so busy
We live 2 miles from my mom and dad because when we got married they gave us 20 ares of land for us to build our house on and it's where My friends and I used to ride our horses and 4 wheelers as we got older to the creek and picnic. It's part of the small ranch that I grew up on and my dad and mom still own.
Unfortunately, yes. But honestly, i don't mind. Not saying I'm still wanting out but seeing as i wanted out when i was 21... and just a few weeks ago I almost burned down my house due to an old pan but mom was there to help... I'm glad to have them near me for now. Otherwise, I be so fked.
So... SOOOO many times I would be taking a sand paper dildo up the bum if I didn't have them.
Yes, my dad had a stroke years ago that left him using a walker for his balance plus he is blind on one eye and can't hear well. My mom drives him and sometimes I go for his appointments and stuff. If my dad didn't need someone to care for him, I would have moved out in my 20's.
I would prefer to move into the house next door to my parents. The owners died in a house fire and I don't know what their heirs have planned for it, hopefully they'll put it on the market and I can get it. I might want to gut the interior and redo it, but I would need to see it first.
I live on my own ofcourse.
My mother lives 5 miles away from me i see her once a month probably.
My father lives 200 miles away luckely. I dont like him and I only see him twice a years at mostI used to think like you until 2009, when Dad became ill and died. Now my elderly Mom is ill, so I moved her in with me so I can take care of her.
Yes I live with my mom. She is dead and in an urn in my living room. So I would say that is pretty darn close.
No, I donât live with my parents. I have my own home, and live by myself. And you would need a ouija board, for me to visit my parents.
I lived with them for a year about 4 years ago. Now I'm 43 hours away by car. Lol. Still love them, but I live all the way cross the country. Surprised my parents by driving there for mothers day 3 years ago.
Yes. For now. But i also have an apartment at my college state. So i actually live most the time at the apartment

For the past eight years I have lived alone in the same house as I have lived in since I was 4. All of my ancestors have traveled beyond the Rim.

Both my husband's parents and mine live 6 mi away from us in opposite directions.
Yep I live with them currently. I'm in india so it's kind of cultural thing here for families to stay together. So it's me, my parents and my grandparents here.
Unfortunately my mother in law moved in with us. Our house, our mortgage but as she can lo longer live on her own it's up to us...
Iâm still struggling getting much money, plus having some serious emotional issues. It feels like things are getting worse⊠I wouldnât be ready to move even if I could afford it. 😥
