Well, I'd go to the grocery store; it's not like the stuff's hard to come by. But generally speaking, the only cabbage I concern myself with is Ivaljo- but my understanding is that that's a relic of going through Greek; that in the original Bulgarian, he's known as "the radish", a far more suitably badass vegetable.
