Any advice on how to pronounce the letter R?

Hi everyone I'm 21 years old and I can't pronounce the phoneme R... I've seen videos on YouTube but they don't work.

I would be very grateful for your support since I was a child I have been teased for not being able to pronounce the letter R and that has made me a lonely person and afraid to socialize for fear of being teased.

I know that this may sound crazy but I have a half-sister who is from Gautama and when she was trying to teach me Spanish I had some issues with pronunciation of R when using Spanish so she would have me going around saying this "Ruffles have Ridges, now Ruffles have Ranch, so Really Ruffles have Ranch Ridges" It might not be any help for you but it did help me so I figured I would at least let you know. Oh the thing she had me saying is from a 80's era potato chips commercial

I would just own it. If people know you accept it yourself they are more likely to ignore a little thing like this.
