What's the worst thing you can't stop doing?

sometimes, I don't sleep enough hours...

I should sleeping my usual six hours per day, but sometimes I do have spells in which I go for just fours a day... and while that doesn't really mess me up or my life, I know that is still not a good thing, because the truly adverse effects will be showing over time

and for me to "know that and still ignore it" is not a good thing to do anymore, not at all... lol
