I have a thing about bad habits. They are type of control you allow over yourself, it’s something that has always bugged me. Nothing that can’t be changed or stopped. I really only get one if I’m put into a position there is no other choice, as I take personal joy in crushing them.

Washing hands too many times and rinsing my hands with handwash too roughly for almost 2 minutes everytime.

I start a lot of things at once and don't finish all of them.

inflicting pain on myself when I get overly-stressed

not sleeping as much as I should

  That's right. I do have germaphobia which means I don't only clean my hands over and over again everyday but also feet and also any body part that touches something I don't think is clean. Which also means changing clothes more than once if it touches something that hadn't been cleaned in a while and I've been sanitizing everything very often before the pandemic happened 😬

  @Still-alive LMHO! My friends and family joked that they should gift me this or I should create a big non bursting bubble to live in so that no germs could come and harm me 🤣 I would like it if someone would actually gift me radioactive suits. It will come in handy, for sure 🤣

  You’re a “horse” in Chinese astrology, no? They would say it was a “horse thing” to do. 😁 I used to study it a lot as a teen trying to make sense of it or debunk it. What you said triggered memory of that sign. So now you have an excuse. lol
