Why women don't help strangers but men do help strangers why?

Well, women DO help strangers- just less commonly, and less flashily. Why? Because helping people entails risk, and women are more risk-averse than men, both naturally (for evolutionary reasons) and culturally (since they're less likely to toss aside the "stranger danger" nonsense we give so many of our children).

it's not very "manly" for a man to have fear thus to shed the "coward", men help strangers even at the risk of something going wrong.

Women do just as much as least in my life experience. The difference I find is that if someone is drowning, it's far more common for even a guy with limited swimming abilities to jump in headfirst and try to rescue the other person. It's far more common in my experience for women to call or shout for help there, especially if they're not trained swimmers.

My anecdotes at least suggest that women might be there first when it comes to nurturing and consoling people who are harmed. But maybe men more often when someone is in harm's way to steer them away from harm. You want to find regular civilians diving headfirst into a flaming building to rescue a child, not even their own, from harm's way and men are probably overrepresented in that demographic. But you want to find people first to lend a gentle touch and nurture people who are hurt and really taking the time for them to heal and women are probably overrepresented in that demographic.

The way I look at things sometimes these days is that men are generous with risk and women are generous with time. Men can be the most ridiculous risk-takers (sometimes to the point of stupidity, like diving headfirst in a situation when it would have been wiser to call for help) but they might not want to nurture the people they save from danger back to mental and physical health. Women, on average, might be more reluctant about risking their lives to save someone they barely know but they're more generous with time. It's a different kind of sacrifice but I find it too overall different between the sexes to say that one is more generous than the other.
