Men avoid confrontation more, because they usually have to pay the price for it with prison or getting hurt, while women usually don't have to worry about these things due to society, and usually don't think about them.

I used to be a bouncer and work as a security guard, and 99% of ALL fights with in clubs and bars were either started over a woman, or started by women. A guy flirted with someone's girl, accidentally bumped into her, or a girl got angry with another girl. Hell, if I had a girlfriend, I'd probably fight for her honor, too. If you take women out of the equation, fights among men almost NEVER happen. Cooler heads tend to prevail. Not with women, though!

Women will fight over anything, and then even drag their man into the confrontation, as well! Women even start fights with men, throwing the first punch and thinking that man won't knock the sh*t out of her... And in today's world, fortunately, that's becoming more and more common. Gender equality!

men if it's a physical confrontation even if they wanted they can't due to the potential backlash they can get. even cops and soldiers are being held back.

in a verbal confrontation on political beliefs, that's entirely different. simps will have no issue wanting to confront a supposed "misogynist" and laying out emotional but empty threats.

modern women these days are quite emboldened and empowered to take on anything knowing that she's always in the right that is until the situation gets ugly.
