Can a beer bottle glass damage a tire?

Pretty unlikely. It would have to be some really hefty glass to do any damage. And if your tires still look the same, you're probably fine. If you ran over something that would do damage, you'd likely hear a pop and a hiss of air coming out pretty much immediately, OR since this happened last night, your tire would likely be flat or severely deflated by now.
Only if it sticks into your tire -- like a pesky nail would. It'd have to be a pretty large, sharp piece to do any real damage.
So why do only men know about tires? As for damage if a shard of the glass got stuck it could. However you would know by now.
lol I realize that I worded the question wrong...I was thinking of mechanics and not thinking that it was just a tire...smh lol
If you're really unlucky, but most of the time tires will be too thick to simply be popped by glass OR the pieces will be too small to do anything. In fact, tires are designed to resist wear and tear. I would, however, check it for damage... just in case.
Chances are slim I'm sure your fine.

Not unless it's really bad beer. The chances are very slim, though. Just look at the tire, see how inflated it is, comeback after work or some errands and see if it has changed.
yeah, but you would have know by now, ether your tire would have gone boom or you would slowly lose tire pressure and it would be going flat.
Very slim chance that you have a flat or even any damage from a bottle. Bottle glass is not usually that strong enough to penetrate the tire. It will crack like sugar glass from the weight of the car.
potentially, I've done it as well and it didn't damage my tires tho.
I've never had a flat from driving over glass, always from picking up nails or screws.
Possibly-
It's unlikely.
