I'm 31 years old but people assume I'm 15 is that a bad thing?

It's not a bad thing. means you will attractive for longer. My wife looks 14 but is actually 25. When we first started dating we used to get a lot of nasty looks and I've had the police called on me a few times. Had the shit kicked out of me by the police and spent a night in a cell when she was 18 and I was 30 because hotel staff thought I was a predator. Police let themselves in to find me a 6ft6 220llb guy banging this little lady who's 4ft6 and weighs nothing. I guess because she's so short, doesn't drink or smoke, shops in kids stores and looks real young around the face doesn't help either.

If it's based on how you behave (and you're really in your 30's), then yes, that's a "bad" thing. You'll need to grow up in addition to growing older.

If they think that, because of your looks, then thank your parents God for blessing you with youthful appearance! Thats a "good" thing.

I got the same thing happen to me when I was in the Hospital, this girl thought I was age 15 when I was like age 32 back then.

It's a bad thing to assume age based on looks, its not a bad thing to look like you do.

I guess its both. People say I look 15 but then when I talk they assume I'm 20 something.. I'm actually 31

I've had people say things like you're really mature for a 22 year old (at the age of 33). They were like, I wish you'd talk to my daughter because she's unmotivated and her life is a mess. I thought that was funny. People aren't the greatest at guessing age most of the time, even when there are other hinting indicators that someone is much older than they think. I wouldn't over think it. You know you're and adult. You probably just have a cute face and a positive outlook on the world. Age often leaves people jaded, pessimistic, wrinkled and overweight from a lot of stress at work and sleepless nights from raising children or whatever.
