Do you ever drive around with nowhere to go in mind just to clear your mind?

When I was looking after my elderly mum I’d drive her up canyon roads with the dogs in the back seat, just to get out. We’d just decide to go randomly. Now I ride my bike up the twisting canyons to clear my mind.

I don’t drive because I do not have good hand eye coordination but I love riding around in cars during group outings. My cousins car had an amazing smell to it and I loved chatting with my church friends when we were on our way to the sushi restaurant. An anonymous donor paid for our food and recreation so it was over 10 people eating free sushi and playing free games at the bowling alley.

I dont drive around to clear my mind. Its too expensive to do such. Its more stressful and thought consuming to know im wasting gas just to waste gas. that why i decided to go on long walks with no particular route in sight.

I do that, on my e-bike, yeah. Not right now, cause it's too damn cold, but yeah, I LOVE sometimes just going to the middle of nowhere for 20-25 minutes, to clear my head in the nature in trees, while on my bike.

Mine's go up to 42 kilometers an hour. And miles are about two-thirds of kilometers, so that's something like 28 miles an hour. That's the TOP speed, but I usually ride it at 24 kph, which is more like 16 mph.

Absolutely. I'm sitting in a house I've been around for years, a city that never changes, with wanting so much more than what I see. Sometimes I gotta step out and just... ride.

Lots of people do this, guys in particular, but taking a drive to clear your mind can be quite peaceful. Even when you're angry it's good to take a drive as long as you're not driving recklessly with your emotions.
