Do you have or use your fireplace during the winter seasons?

Have? Yes. Use it? No. The previous owner added gas logs to the fireplace long before I moved in. I have turned it on and lit it about 3 times within the first 2 years after I moved in. I've lived here 26yrs. I'd like to rip the stupid thing out, but that's fairly expensive!
My fireplace is in a lousy location of the house and even if it was returned back to woodburning, it wouldn't provide much heat anyway. I'd replace it (maybe) with a pot-bellied stove or a small wood stove heater. Those are extremely efficient heaters. Right now, our fireplace is nothing more than a decoration.
If that pic is your house, I love it! Looks pretty damn close to my mother’s fireplace, even the wood paneled walls 😃👍
Woodstove and we use it a lot during fall and winter

Yes, often. We installed gas logs because the 110 year old chimney would have cost too much to make it safe for wood.
at my other house I had a pellet stove installed.
It was always warm in there.
It was a constant heat.
My uncle gave my mom a electric fireplace that is huge and warms up the living room quickly and looks nice. We have central air so no need for a fireplace unless it gets super cold.
Nope, but I do have almost the exact same clock that on the fireplace mantel
I only have an electric fireplace. I use it sometimes just to look at it lit up
Yes. Almost daily.
