Do you "hibernate" in the winter months?

I like to stay relatively active throughout the year, however a lot of people I've been talking to have taken to hibernating (being antisocial, decreasing physical activity, etc.) in the winter months. There seem to be fewer activities being scheduled in general, even just simple dinner parties wan till mid-Spring.

I'm not sure if it's just a leftover from the pandemic or if this is a new trend. What do y'all think?
