Personally, I have such a light sleep that my phone doesn't have a sound but just vibrates and boom! I'm immediately awake lol

For the few who said they don't have an alarm and wake up naturally to the same time... aren't you scared you might still miss waking up on time and oversleep?

I always wake up to my alarm but I definitely hit snooze a bunch of times before getting up lol

I’ve started putting my phone across the room so when it goes off I have no choice but to get out of bed and shut it off

I actually can wake up naturally at the time I need to be up but I still use an alarm just in case. Tbh I haven’t trusted myself in years to wake up at the time I need to be up so I don’t know if I can even do that anymore lol
But when I was in elementary/middle school, I never used an alarm

This is totally dependent on the amount and quality of sleep I’ve had. Assuming I get my 8 hours and to not wake up too often or at all I mostly wake before my alarm or I’m happy to get up as it goes off. I also don’t use a snooze function on my alarm which by the way is the best deterrent!!

I kind of just wake up and put my alarm on snooze if I'm still sleepy, not a good idea, I just realize that hitting the snooze button is actually bad for you. Don't go back to sleep!

I have, literally, shell shock moments, when my alarm goes off lol.

My blood and body hits the roof when my alarm goes off.

After those moments is debatable and varied.

I wake up for anything and everything... A cockroach's legs tapping on the floor would wake me up. If you put on an alarm clock you might get punched. Loud sounds like that are rage inducing in the morning. I could never be with someone that had to set an alarm clock.

It depends on how much sleep I got. I also do this thing where, just as I'm about to go to sleep, I tell myself what time I wanna get up, "Get me up at noon." and, more often than not, I get up at that time WITHOUT an alarm clock!

Yep. I'm up the moment the alarm goes off. Left over from my Navy days. I'm not always thrilled about it, but that's when I get up. I have to take medicine and the cat is being snarky anyway.

and I usually wake up earlier than I should get going so, I do not get up from bed right away... lol

edit/update* personally, I am a former insomniac, so sleeping too much is not a thing for me lmao, never has been

naturally and usually, I wake up after six hours of sleep at the most...

I have a total of 5 to 8 alarms ranging from 5 minutes from each other. Yup, with so many alarms, I wake up quite easily in the morning.

I hit the snooze button about 3 times until I’m going to be late going to work if I hit it again, waking up early is the hardest part of my day, once I’m up for awhile then I’m ready to tackle anything

I can wake up easily with an alarm if I need to but sometimes I set an alarm as a precaution and I don’t NEED to wake up immediately so then I’ll like to hit snooze.

Oh hell my alarm goes off and my body goes on autopilot and snoozes or shuts the alarm off before I know what I'm doing. I have to set my phone across the room or on the floor out of reach if I want to actually wake up.
