What kind of Alarm do you use to wake up in the morning?

My rescue kittens get me up between 330 and 4 every day because I've trained them to know that this time is the start of the day. My body will not let me sleep past 430. If it's a race day I use my phone as a backup, but I'm almost always up before it goes off.

I don't use an alarm cause I always wake up several hours before my wake up time but if I need to wake up early, I get my dad to wake me up. He is an early riser cause he likes to cook before he begins his job online.

Usually my phone alarm. I have Pretty Rave Girl, Venti alarm, and then TMNT Rise baby alarm. I have it set to the last one. Used to be Venti.
