Have you ever had neighbors who frightened you?

Maybe it’s just your overactive imagination, and they intrigued you in some dark manner. Or maybe they were actually doing dangerous things, and you had to keep your distance; possibly even contact authorities. Sometimes there’s that one neighbor that you watch a little more closely than others. Have you ever had a neighbor like that? Have you ever been involved in Neighborhood Watch?

Sort of. I remember I was watching t. v. one afternoon and I heard police sirens. At first I wasn't sure whether it was on t. v. or IRL. But it kept getting louder. And I was like, that has to be close by. I looked out the window just in time to see my neighbors car come flying around the corner with a half dozen cops in pursuit. He gets out and runs up the steps to his door with the cops chasing close behind him. The first cop gets a hold of him. And he decks the cop then about 3 more tackle him through the doorway inside his house. Because whatever happened happened inside the next 10 minutes was just other squad cars showing up and then finally they emerged dragging him cuffed out of the house... didn't see my neighbor really after that. Then a few months later the house was for sale.
