The worst nightmare I have had is me being chased by an assassin in my home. And I was forced to jump from the first floor to the ground and then run away.
Now, in my flat or apartment, I tried to do all sorts of things to slow down the assassin, but it was not slowing down. I felt it. Deep down, how it feels to be hunted like an animal. Even worse than that.
There was this other dream where I was falling continuously. And then, baam, a sudden impact with the ground. The impact was so powerful that it really impacted my body in the real world. The worst kind. But I also experienced in that nightmare, even if just for a split second.
I just wish for these nightmares to become true in any given conditions.
No, luckily. But I’ve relived some real experiences in my nightmares.
A few times. Usually if a nightmare occurs a lot, it tends to happen.

Fortunately never, but I had a mentally scarring nightmare that felt like it really happened.. Almost gave me a heart attack. I was panicking all day.
not quite... but my recent IRL nightmare, does haunt me in dreams too... does that count?
it's alright... it will be alright (=
Yeah I was seeing a nightmare about being expelled from university. It became true, I was expelled from my uni for not submitting my thesis at time.
But I did it a year later and got my degree anyway
Yes but only because my most common one is jolting awake after dreaming of slipping on ice.
Happened to me. And everyday lately seems like a nightmare
Umm. This is common for PTSD survivors. Over & over, again!
