Any website that doesn’t have some kind of hardcore IP tracking software will allow any new account to be created as long as the email address provided is not already in use on another account.

I have stalkers who make and use multiple accounts... so yeah, they do. I block one, so they create another to try and start over or something.

Yeah without a doubt plenty of users have multiple accounts not much u can do but report it when we catch on and wait for admins to do the rest
