I’m going to say no, at some point your nerves die so you don’t feel it. Leading up to that of course it would be excruciatingly painful. I feel like drowning would be bad and terrifying the instinct to breathe and fighting it until you can’t fight it anymore and swallowing water and suffocating from no oxygen; I feel like that would be both mentally excruciating and painful.

There are many worst ways to die and no unit of measurement to compare them.

I haven't tried all options yet, so it's difficult to say.
However... dying over weeks or months from cancer sounds worse to me; just as one example.
