I think I saw a movie like that. It wasn't all the organs but just the heart being taken out. It was called Awake. That movie scared the bejesus out of me. That is a good one.

Normally, the worst way to die is (most painful) being burned alive, but if we add Medieval torture to this, I think the worst is Judas Cradle or Brazen Bull.. I'm not going to tell you what these are, but if you're curious, you can check Wikipedia.

It's not only the physical part for me, but also the psychological aspect of certainly knowing that you're going to die. Like so many cave-diving incidents - you're losing your orientation, you can't find your way back, the line you were attached to floated away. You're slowly running out of oxygen. Panic settles in and you run even quicker out of oxygen. No one's going to come for you. You're going to die completely on your own down here. No one is ever going to find you. Your thoughts keep spiraling.

Other than that, probably getting crushed - slowly and painfully.

Had a friend suicide , he jumped off bridge above , onto a main road , everytime I cross those things I think of my friend , good golfer too - RIP Sean , sorry it had to end that way.

Same, being burned or eaten alive. That shit terrifies me.. I’d rather have a heart attack and die or best die in my sleep. A car wreck kind of scares me as well because I wouldn’t know how badly it would turn out.

being very slowly bled to death. think something like thousands of papercuts yo the point you bleed to death. you get to feel every micro second of yoyr own dieing as it happens and that may take days/weeks/months/years.

there are billions of horrible ways to die, especially if another person or persons are involved such as a torturer or murderer an extra especially if any others involved have very creative mind/s and enough know how to do a lot of various, normally mundane, things. outside of that there are also trillions of ways to die. humans are actually quite fragile in this sense.

Of those choices, being buried alive would be horrible. It would be a long, drawn out death where you know you will die, but you have no control. You would eventually suffocate.
