What's your least favorite household chore? And the one you don't mind?

Mine is dishes. I cannot stand washing dishes. But I find folding laundry pretty tolerable.

mine are because of my mild OCD tendencies and germophobia lol...

bathrooms and showers are things I dread because although they are all very neat and clean, and they do not actually get dirty, I clean them often for sanitation, and even when NASA would approve it to preserve live they found in Mars, to me... it is never enough, lol, that is a funny sensation though not a draining one, but still

however, doing the same at my kitchen, especially now that I've redone it big time... that feels very rewarding every single time, lol

My favourite chore is washing the dishes and least favourite is vacuuming the house or cooking time consuming meals. Cabbage soup takes a long time cause I use 10 carrots and 7 - 19 tomatoes and 2-10 potatoes and 1/3 head of cabbage. And I spend extra long trying to soften the carrots to improve the texture.

I actually quite like doing the dishes unless I'm tired and there are a lot. Laundry is okay. I don't mind cleaning the bathroom unless the toilet is disgusting which it can be. Taking the bins out is something 50/50 because sometimes they're really nasty but other times you just need to pick them up and put them outside (once I accidentally ripped the bag and had to pick all the rubbish up and into another bag). Vacuuming is also okay. Sweeping is fine but collecting it right at the end is a pain.

Household chores I strongly dislike.
1. Cleaning the toilet.
2. Cleaning the bathroom floor.
3. Cooking
4. Vacuuming
5. Decluttering
6. Taking junk out of drains
7. Cleaning mirrors
8. Taking out dead rats
9. Dusting

Floors. Sweeping, vacuuming, and especially mopping is the worst.

I don't mind doing the dishes at all. Sometimes I actually like it. It's quiet, the hot water is soothing, and it's pretty much instant gratification.

It bothers me when there are chunks of food floating around in the water, or when the water gets in your gloves . . it makes me want to throw up, lol

I can understand! I don't even bother with gloves. Foody water in a glove would feel really gross.

I also don't like cleaning the stove. I don't mind the counters, but I really feel miserable cleaning that stove. 😖 It's a 6 burner gas stove and my husband and it tends to get used like a countertop... Crumbs everywhere.

I hate vacuuming the cabel is allways in the way or not long enough, stairs are stupid and the vacuumcleaner rolls never where I want it to roll.
I do like cooking if thats considered a shore. Alternativly I dont really mind doing dishes or kitchen cleaning like the stove and work surface.

Then bathrooms.

I don't mind dishes and laundry.

Everything else falls in between the bathroom category and dishes!

Daily repetitive tasks such as feeding pets. Once per week tasks are more tolerable.

Least favorable is cleaning the bathroom especially toilet and bathtub. I don´t like doing it though I can understand why it has to be done. I don´t mind doing the dishes as much as most any other household chore.

We have a dishwasher, so that takes care of the one I dislike most. I don't mind doing the laundry on a rainy or cold day while watching a good movie!
