What is the biggest challenge you are facing right now?

Staring Risk in the face, and saying:

My biggest challenge ATM is work related.

I've to create a relation with a kid - where he stops responding with violent outburst but it takes time. In the mean time, I just have to shed some tears and bleed - it's not a fun process to be in.

My husband is injured, and it's hard not being there for him (my work requires I travel and stay in hotels... I'd change jobs but it pays really well and we need the money badly)

He has a popped disk in his spine, and he is in pain daily. I wish I could be home for him all the time, but I can't.
