I don't think so.
When I met my wife, she was not yet menopausal but getting there.
However, she did have a hysterectomy over 10 years before I met her, so I didn't need contraception. That's a plus for a man - to be able to have condom-free sex. So, for that reason alone, a menopausal woman can be considered more attractive than a younger woman.
