The girl I am with now is going through menopause and it has been a nightmare , like a flip of a switch it’s like I don’t really matter
to her anymore , to the point it feels like I am a convenience to her , She says mean things to me and it’s been a sudden shock to me , like I lost my best friend , I try not to let it bother me to much but it’s hard not to , Part of me wants to just throw in the towel and move on with my life cuz I feel used and abused , She shows no affection to me and no intimacy to me what so ever , I feel like I am in a one sided relationship honestly , I tr to initiate affection and intimacy to be shit down , to the point I feel I don’t matter to her anymore when her and I were inseparable I been doing research on menopause to try to get a better grip on understanding her and it hasn’t been easy , it’s like she turned into a mean mental nut case , And I am not her priority anymore , She is sweet and kind to everyone else but me , A whole side of her I have never experienced to the point I feel she is just strong me along until someone new comes along. I also ready so many relationships and marriages end during this time , and a big part of me feels like I will be part of it , I am hurting inside and don’t know what to do , I put my foot down to her a few times expressing my feelings and it’s like she doesn’t want me to leave but she doesn’t want to be in my arms either , This whole thing is fucked up , I hope you girls go back to normal after this shit ends cuz it is abuse and you girls need to get fucking serious help when this occurs to you , I feel bad for all the men that go through this shit

The thing is we can love someone , give ourselves completely to someone , remove selfishness for someone , sacrifice for them stay loyal to them, hold out on not getting our wants and needs met from them cuz they have every excuse in the book as to why they don’t want to be affectionate with you why they don’t want to be intimate with you , someone we gave our heart to that used to be inseparable with you now all of a sudden you mean nothing to them and treats you like an option , But the second you finally see that you aren’t a priority to them you begin to question yourself on whether this person really loves you or not , is it me or them, We begin to doubt ourselves and our own insecurities start to arise because we are afraid of losing this person we gave our heart to, we put up walls to defend ourselves from being taken advantage of because we are not perfect people we all have done dumb shit or we been betrayed some way or another , Everyone has insecurities whether they say they do or not , And most of us have something broken inside us , The only way we can bury those insecurities in ourselves is we have to value our own self worth and realize in ourselves we deserve better than the way we are being treated ,, it’s not easy , so the right thing to do is communicate with our partner and express our feelings of concern , we can’t force them to listen to us but we can make it clear that we aren’t receiving what we are Giving, whether they listen or not is on them , if they choose not to listen to you then that’s their own choice, so the only option we have is to stay or go , walk away and focus on ourselves,, I am sorry for Your loss , I gave you love , I sacrificed my selfishness for you , I communicated with you to save us , but You choose not to hear me , you choose to push me away , you choose to not make me a priority , So again I am sorry for your loss, cuz I can’t sacrifice for Someone that can’t sacrifice for me.

Menopause has destroyed so many relationships because girls tend to get real selfish and only really care about themselves , not realizing they need professional help during this time, yes
, their bodies are changing , hormones all out of wack , they start to hate themselves , feeling like they aren’t beautiful anymore , they go through a string of depression , start trying to make themselves feel better about themselves not realizing the whole time they are doing that they are neglecting their man that stood by her every step of the way , but now all of a sudden he is a piece of shit to her , If he tries to show any kind of affection to her she pushes him away , neglecting his wants and needs , she starts saying vicious shit to him that makes him question if she still loves me or not , her selfishness is what matters , if she feels her man isn’t supportive she will go bang some other guy to make herself feel beautiful again cuz her partners words don’t mean shit , A loving husband or boyfriend just becomes a punching bag , he doesn’t matter to her anymore , he is just there to be her slave and holding out on getting his needs and wants mer , I have researched so much on this shit to the point I feel like I can’t tolerate it , I been a punching bag to many times and I am done , Having my needs and wants not met makes me want to be selfish instead of sitting here like a fucking punching bag , I come to a point I don’t care if she cheats on me because I am already leaning into living my own life if she chooses not To get help for this shit , she has completely changed on me over night , If I try to hug or kiss her I get the cold shoulders , if I try to initiate sex I am denied , all signs of a cheating partner , whether she is ducking someone else or not to me it’s still cheating on our relationship , Cuz my wants don’t mean shit to her , I love her and care about her but it doesn’t mean I have to stay by her and tolerate this abuse, it’s not normal

Well you still have the women parts and they work, so yes we find women after menopause attractive. But menopause affects every women differently, so physically she would still be sexy to us, but if her personality sucks then probably not, But that is true for any women before or after menopause.
