What do men in their 30's find attractive about women in her 20's?

I'm 24 and a guy who's interested in me is 35.

What is it that men in their 30s find attractive about women in their 20s? Honest answers please.

Nothing. Nothing thats not in a 35 year old anyway.

If I like someone, it's because of looks, personality, views, interests, hobbies, etc.
There is no difference mentally or physically between 20 year old me and 30 year old me.

I do (and like) the same stuff, I have the same views, the same goals (short of ones I completed already), and I look, sound, and act the same, etc.

Only exception I could think of, is most of gen z likes gaming, whereas most women my age or older don't, and thats a dealbreaker.

But thats generation based, not age based (if i had been born in the 90s, rather than the 80s, I'd prefer the personalities of a lot more of the women my age. And if I waited 10 years, most of the women I get along with now, would be in their mid 30s, not their mid 20s, and I'd still get along with them.

Unfortunately, gaming wasn't popular with women a decade earlier than it actually became popular, if it had been, I'd have plenty of 35 year old options. But most women my age think video games, sci-fi, anime, science, and anything else I like is dumb, which sucks, because I'd rather have someone my exact age.

1. Women less than 30 are more appealing for men that want to create and raise a family together with healthy children. She has had less time to damage herself and her eggs from drug or alcohol use.
2. She is likely to have less past history the younger she is. Less past history likely means less drama, less chances of STDs.
3. The younger generation of women more often have things in common that my generation of men enjoy like board games, video games, sporty activities, fantasy and sci-fi genre shows and movies, etc.
4. In my experience I have been treated more fairly by younger women than I have from women around my own age or older. They tend to be more considerate for men's feelings too.

This doesn't apply to everybody of course, but it does apply to the majority of my life experiences of how I have been treated by the different generations/age groups of women and how I have seen people treat others IRL.

Many women become bitter with age. They can be difficult to be around. They are often angry. Furthermore, men who want children must date younger women as female infertility gets serious at 35.

I am 44, and I only date women in their twenties. It is easier, and if it takes a few years to get married we can still have children.

It does not matter because 99% of men are only looking for sex. Once you ladies embraced the casual sex culture, you ruined dating and relationships for yourself forever. You already know this guy is only interested in you for sex.
