Are you having sleep paralysis?

I have sleep paralysis pretty often. And once I have it at a night, it goes on repeatly unless I don't stand up and wake up my sleepy condition and then sleep again.

Last night, I also visually hallucinated. When I opened my eye little, there was something near me. I forced to open my eyes fully and when I could open my eyes fully, it disappered.

You know there is really interesting stuff behind sleep paralysis and the ability to be aware but unable to move one's muscles... including demons. It is a form of hallucination by the way and can be tested for in a sleep study at teaching university hospital.

It is unlikely that the demons have taken control of your body... so don't get delusional.

Only maybe 2 or 3 times over the years I have woken up and seen what appeared to be ghostly figure looking over me which immediately vaporised into thin air. There was no paralysis, but in each case it seemed to happen as I was falling asleep.

Everyone has this. It’s a natural released chemical which prevents a person acting out their dreams. If you wake up before the chemical clears it can cause this feeling.

My friend never had it in his life.

I asked 3 people around me if they ever had it. All said no.

I’ve never experienced sleep paralysis. I only experience lucid dreaming.

I sometimes have dream within dream.

I wake from my bed at home but I am still in a dream.

Yesterday I had it for example.

That’s normal, I think everyone has dreams like that. But that’s not lucid dreaming.

Dream within dream, visual hallucinating, hearing a voice whispering my name, sleep paralysis, lucid dreaming.

lucid dream is more usual than dream within dream also.

My mother died in 2017. Most of the times I see her in my dream, I know it is a dream. Because I know she died.

No, but i hear its very scary. I hope it never happens to me.
