Do you have sleep paralysis?

I have sleep paralysis very often. My last sleep paralysis was 2 days ago.

I had tactile, auditory and visual hallucination all together during sleep paralysis.

Something touched me from my back (I was lying on my side) and I started shaking as if I'd been possessed.

I opened my eyes during sleep paralysis. I was seeing a demon like being that was touching me, hearing scary voices at the same time while I couldn't move my body on bed, looking at one direction. It lasted for seconds, then it was over. It was a very scary sleep paralysis with my eyes open and I had visual hallucination. I didn't turn back to sleeping after it.

I had that happen to me once. It was after having my wisdom tooth surgery and the dentist prescribed me hydrocodone. I had a sleep paralysis experience after taking it and i never took it again. I guess that is why people get High on these strong pain meds lol. You taking any medications? could certainly be a side effect.

No I just have trouble sleeping through the night, I get up constantly and move everywhere in bed

actually this is the first stage in astral projection (but I don't know if yours is different bc u mentioned a demon) but astral projection is real and sleep paralysis is the stage where ur seperated from the body
