I am a person who is highly resistant to change. Yes I do have a small percentage of flexibility and open mindedness but by and large I am rigid and closed minded as a person.

I would rather face the consequences of being who I am.

Depends on the specific change. A new adventure? Embrace. Losing my house and business and having to live in a box under a freeway overpass? Fear and resist.
