How do I treat guys and girls better?

Like in a broad sense, how can I treat both genders with respect? Like what I should and shouldn’t say to the opposite gender, that kind of thing. I’ve never used this site before, so this question might not make sense. This question is open for both guys and girls, take care.

Treat people how you expect to be treated is the simplest way of putting it. Just respect people regardless of gender. Both guys and girls deserve that. I’m not sure what you mean by what you should not say to the opposite gender. That is more or less (or should be) common sense.

Speaking of common sense, I think the way you treat people should be pretty easy to figure out on your own. If you haven’t already, you likely never will. How is it that you treat people now that prompted you to ask this question? There isn’t any context as to why you have issues to the point you need others to tell you how to treat people.

You can always use the update box and update the question with more info. I am just guessing that something happened in your life that has made you realize you need to change the way you respect and treat others. I think it would be helpful to know what happened so there is more context.

Thank you for your reply. I think I’m just afraid I’ll say something wrong to someone by accident, even though I’ve never really have. Like I treat both genders right, but I feel like it’s still not enough. Maybe it is the way my brain functions.

Sounds like you are overthinking the whole thing. Is there something that happened that made you ask this or just things in your own head?

Basic etiquette and common sense is how I would approach your concerns. Trust yourself in both judgment and deed. You’ll be fine as you are obviously a considerate and caring soul.
