It's actually a thing in some countries. Literally after you flush or it flushes for you, it'll spray your privates with CLEAN water from the tank or from a piping system.

Sure, bidets are common in some countries. It's cheaper just to use a diaper sprayer. You can even hook it up to your how water supply line in your bathroom.
