Girls, So ladies, would you use a stall that has someone in it but there's another toilet beside her?

Listen to me, I was cleaning the girl's bathroom in a middle school and saw the sort of image in your head. One stall... two functioning toilets. I... I honestly never seen that In my life, and unsure if any other bathroom has the sort. I know I've seen seats while your friend does her thing and you sit. And that's it. Sooo... is this a thing anywhere else besides texas?
