People who are in your late 20's+, what advice would you give to males and females in their late teens/20's?

You have your whole life ahead of you. Don’t feel pressured to have your shit together already. Don’t feel pressured to make big life decisions such as going to college straight away trying to already decide what career you want to do with your life.
Also don’t compare yourself to other people your age and what they’re doing in their life. “My friends have cars already and I don’t even have my license. My friends have their own places and I still live with my mom” Everyone moves at their own pace. You’re gonna get there one day. Like I said, your whole life is ahead of you. This is the stage of life where you’re trying to figure shit out. And it’s okay if it takes a bit longer than others.

I would recommend people in their 20s to make a life in their own housing and watch who they have as room-mates or relatives they live with.

As long as roommates are similar in terms of cleanliness and lifestyle to you is so important well said.

A messy roommate and a clean roommate who are friends are going to have a rough time if under the same roof long term.

Read as many relationship books as you can in order to know exactly how to get what you want out of the opposite sex. Especially books written for you by members of the opposite sex, as that's firsthand knowledge. Go to therapy sessions or read books on attachment styles and personality types so that you know what your weaknesses are in relationships as well as at work, so then you have better insight at a younger age on how not to waste time sabotaging relationships and work performance during the prime years of your life.

Oh, well, I’d probably not give them advice, just let them learn from experience, because I didn’t listen to older people when I was young and likewise, they wouldn’t listen to me.

every teen is different. i can't lasso them all into one group and say do this. but if i had to it would be "don't be stupid. take your time".
