Last Saturday I was on the line with a scammer with an obvious Indian accent (claiming she's from Salt Lake City, Utah... yeah right lol) talking about ''free baby stuff'' for expecting or new parents.
She started asking for my home address, complete name, email, DOB, SSN and lastly my credit card number. Everything I told her about myself, including my ''SSN and card number'' was a total lie. I gave her a SSN of 123000000, an email of Idon'tknow@yahoo. com and everything else false.
All the offers margically went through except for the card section. The lady kept saying her system showed the card is invalid. I played dumbed and gave her another ''card'' with another fake number, false exp date. The lady gave up after the 3rd attempt. LOL
Do they know when we're BSing and giving false information too? Have any of you done that before too? Never say not interested, follow along all the way to the end of the offer but lying to them.

Nope. One asked for my socials and I gave him a serial of numbers and letters 30 characters long. It took him a few minutes to figure it out before he started cursing at me
I believe that they don’t which makes it even funnier. This one lady gave a fake ssn to the scammer and the scammer didn’t even question her lol
Great. My response to them varies depending on the day, if I have time and my mood. If it's my day off, I have all the time then I'll have fun feeding them BS, giving them a false hope for a moment that they'll finally get their money only for it to be invalid, lol.
I put my phone on mute for a couple seconds so I can laugh as the lady was trying to get through with that fake number, lol.
