Well, no. It's his choice, he'll choose whom he wants to stay with. But honestly, I am someone who makes sure to get what she wants, if I like it then it's mine. I'll give my best love from my side if I really like him. And I'm sure I'll get him if he even had a slight spark towards me, once I get the string then I'm sure I'll pull the cloth. But this is hypothetical, I am not going to look out for love willingly, if it comes and I love the guy then I'm for it. I won't fight over a guy who isn't interested in me, I know how to save my time. But if he is already mine and someone is having bad intentions on him then, yeah, I'll fight till the end to keep him safe. It's hard to be close to me but if you managed to touch my heart then I make sure that I'll protect and love you till infinity.

I did, and I still would! When I met my boyfriend, he was a player, and he wasn't suffering from lack of female companionship either. He knows just how to get the ladies! These women liked him, but so did I.
I wouldn't say we went to blows, but I verbally let one of them know to back off!
Another one I went to her apartment and told her to keep her hands to herself, because he and I are engaged.
And now we're living together 😊

In today's society I can't put faith in her adherence to being 'prized'.

Yes, men usually fight over woman who matters to them. For example their wife, sister, daughter and such, to protect them. Boys usually fight over pretty girl they may like. However, smart guys won't fight over random chicks just for fun, most guys are smart enough to understand when its worth it.
