When I was still at my house, I'd go to bed between 4 and 6 a. m. and get up around noon or so. The last time I was working, I'd get up around 8 and get to work by 9:00.
Here, I started crashing between 3 and 4 a. m. and getting up by 11 or 12 but, now, I'm crashing between 7 and 9 a. m. and getting up between 1 and 4! I'm TRYING to get the hell back to my old schedule but, there's ALWAYS "just ONE MORE THING" I need to do or see before going to bed and that leads to something else, etc., etc.. Next thing I know, I STARTED going to bed around 4 but still don't get there before 7 or so!!

I keep these hours because most of the spring and summer I am up early with job and out listening to the bird chorus hours.
I'm out some evenings too, listening to frogs and other nocturnal animals.
I’m a permanently exhausted pigeon. And I work in health care lol. Currently doing a 4 week long clinical for school so during the weekdays I’m up at 4:45 and there for 6:15 this gives me time to get the dog walked and fed, feed myself and make a lunch. Off at 1-1:30 and I usually nap. Bed by 8, if I didn’t get a nap in during the day I’ll go to bed around 6:30-7. On weekends I work homecare and get to sleep in until 5:30 and leave the house for 7. Again I feed myself, get the dog walked and fed
I'm more of a night owl. During the work week I can easily stay up until 2am and then up by 5:30 am. Days off - I still go to bed around 2am and usually get up around 7:30 am.
