Whether you realize it or not, you could have been brought up to feel that way after you first started getting them as puberty set in. Any negative support by parents in the beginning would carry over to your adult life.

  Yeah I do have them but I’m like 50x more insucure when I’m on my period and not on my period my insucurities mess with my head
