I’ve come to realize that pickup truck drivers are the worst ones on the road. Something about the type of person who tends to drive them. Entitled bullies, it seems. “GET OUT OF MY WAY SO I CAN SPEED AND INEXPLICABLY NEVER BE STOPPED BY POLICE!”
I guess I’d say I’d prefer non-lifted trucks, because it’s important to me to have a good view of the traffic, and the lifted trucks cause bad obstructions.
Honesty, i never drove a truck i always wondered how they drive. I have driven a few sedans and a few small suv's based on cars. But i never actually drove a pickup believe it or not. I do want to try driving a pickup someday to see how they drive and handle.
Less likely to get stuck in high snow, obviously within a country that spends more then a third of the year in winter/winter like conditions.
I think those guys with the lifted trucks that never leave the asphalt are just trying to compensate.

Lifted a bit, if we’ll done it adds, clearance, suspension travel and fits bigger tires to help offroad. I don’t need to clear anything bigger than 37s, anything you need a ladder to get into is kinda stupid
They do have more ground clearance but also a higher center of gravity.
I don't mind a little bit lifted for extra ground clearance but nothing crazy
Non lifted, I do like a little lift but nothing too crazy jacked up
Lifted
