For me personally it’s being dumped by a woman i thought loved me & who i opened up to and truly showed intimacy with which i already do cautiously. Having your parents be disappointed at you is also one and i think that counts for everyone with parents and as a guy presenting in the bedroom in a way you didn’t like also hurts your ego and self-esteem as a man.
