let's say yoy are a very smart talented doctor capable of savinh many MANY lives. but the owner of the hospital you're working on is controlling you and makinh yly his puppet so you wanna quit working, not share your God given talent anymore

Seems a bit childish to me with the way you put it if you weren't just careless with your words. I can understand if you don't want to share your talents with that hospital, but that's mistaking problems with the hospital for problems with everyone else. I do something like that sometimes, mind you, but I also know this is not right way.

One of the worst tendencies I think we have as humans is that we get hurt by a few people and then we think the world hurt us. I have this tendency sometimes and it's so, so wrong. If you want to live a happy life, focus on the people who support you, believe in your talent.
