Do you ever miss having someone to share your music with?

I have so much music in my collection but have had no one to share much of it with since my ex-fiance started cheating on me 23 years ago!!
I was always finding new stuff that the both of us would love to listen to or, that I suspect she would really love once I showed it to her but, although I'm still finding stuff like that, I've had no one to share it with in nearly 25 years.
I was just listening to something Paul McCartney did under the name, The Fireman, that I'm sure she would've liked and I'd love to intro someone like that to it but, she hasn't been a part of my life in 23 years and no one else has, either. About the only people I have to share this stuff with are on the other end of a very long series of wires (the internet) and I have no way to experience any of this stuff WITH them or get an immediate reaction to it!

Hi! For the first 4 months after I met my boyfriend, we listened to our favorite rock music. We'd dance to it to. I was so happy doing that with him. Then one day, he sat down and turned on the TV and never listened to music together. Weird huh? That was 6 years ago. We live together and still no music 🤔

Yes, back in the days i had lots of friends with a similiar taste in music, now all my friends listen to completely different stuff.

I know! Everybody I grew up with just listens to the same 12 records they play over and over again on the radio for the past 45 or 50 years!! I've had most of those records in my collection ever since they came out and I really don't even have to play them, anymore because radio plays the living shit out of them!! I know them by heart!! Nobody else is EVER interested in the stuff radio NEVER plays!! The stuff they SHOULD play!!!
