How to respond when my fiancés female friend touches him?

I’ve been out with a group with my fiancé, which included his female friend from work. Several times I noticed her touching his arm infront of me, but I didn’t look directly at her hand doing it becuase I felt uncomfortable. She was also wearing a low cut top.

We have a workplace ball in a few days which she may attend. If she sits with us I’m worried if she’ll do the same thing and I’ll be uncomfortable. Should I let it slip or do/say something?
