It’s a sign that neither of them respect you. She doesn’t respect you because she allowed him to do it, and he doesn’t respect you because he knows you’re not gonna do anything about it.
In fact I’ll go a step further than everyone else here. Some are saying that you can’t only blame them - I’d say that you can’t only blame both of them but that you’re also partly to blame. They feel too safe doing that because they know you’ll do nothing.
For her at best you might sheepishly bring up how you don’t like, or you might pout, but you’ll stay.
