The pain. My mother had a C-section at the time when she was carrying my youngest brother before I was even born. How painful it must have been yet she had me (normal delivery). I'm still amazed at that everytime I think about it because I don't think I would want to have a baby again it I had to let them perform C-section during the first child's delivery.
