that depends... everyone might react a bit differently to pain, have different tolerances as well

Probably not. Once a bone is set, it doesn't really hurt too much.

I read on internet that while bone break heals in 4 to 6 weeks, shoulder disloaction heals in 12 to 16 weeks.

Id say that's correct for bone breaks, but not for dislocations My shoulder healed in about 8 weeks..
