Totally. Granted, I doubt I'd be able to keep it a secret for long; I'd probably do so at first, but then I'd get into an argument with someone about how that empty streetcorner really should have a statue of me jousting the Kool-aid man, and then the next day pay a sculptor to build it. By the end, it'd be more like "I want to throw a party. How much would it cost to rent Luxembourg?".

But bluntly, a trillion dollars is more than I could reasonably spend on myself in my lifetime; I'd probably struggle to spend it UNreasonably. Fortunately, there's no lack of need, and setting up trade school scholarships and funding food pantries and community agriculture centers could do a heckuva lotta good for everybody, and still leave me insanely rich.

At my age, set up trusts for the grandkids educations, donate some to causes I believe in, try and blow the rest.
