I don't know about a bling millionaire, but investing 200 dollars a month into the S&P 500 with an average annual return of 10% can get you to a million in 40 to 50 years. You can get there even faster with mutual funds with average annual returns of 15% to 20%. In which case, you could be a millionaire in 20 years investing 200 dollars a month. Also, finding just one good stock can net you a hundred-bagger and get you to a million potentially quicker. So yeah, anyone can become a millionaire if they know how to invest.
