Definitely Jack Haley.

Buddy Ebsen (Jed Clampett from the Beverky Hillbillies) was cast to appear in The Wizard of Oz (1939), originally as the Scarecrow. Before filming began, his role was changed to the Tin Man. He fell seriously ill during filming due to the aluminum dust in his makeup and was forced to drop out.

Nipsey had the swag and sang amazing! I love how he cries TEENIE! But omg the way Tin Man from the wizard of oz says “oil” always cracked me up! Both were amazing. But i didn't like Tin Mans song in Wiz of Oz. I just liked his acting better than Nipseys
